I had the pleasure of working directly with Leonid over the course of about a year on projects that spanned the TodayTix and Show Score websites. Leonid is a great communicator and excellent tech lead who is able to effectively work with all parts of the business including product, tech, design and other stakeholders and effectively implement complex technical solutions. He's also a quick learner - the TodayTix website codebase is written in Next JS / React JS / TypeScript which is a different tech stack to the Show Score website. In a short period of time Leonid was able to become very effective in this ecosystem and lead the effort to release major features on both websites.
